Kevin T. Fox:

Owner and President of True Care Inc.
BS Natural Resource Management / Forestry
Rutgers University / Cook College 1984

Kevin has been working within the tree care industry since 1982. Five years was spent working with the US Forest Service in timber management and wild land fire suppression. He was given awards of merit three times during his tenure.

Working with Asplundh and two east coast tree companies for 14 years provided the basis for True Care’s philosophy and commitment to customer excellence. The broad background and diverse work locations provided for an extensive knowledge of tree structure, biological processes, and plant health care strategies.

He has been a Certified Arborist for 16 years and on the Board of Certified Tree Experts in NJ prior to that. He has assisted the ISA in managing the international Jamboree when it was held in Utah, and been a judge for local chapter events. He served as Chairman on the Utah tree board, and apprentice program in Oregon.

Education is paramount to providing the best tree services possible. He attends trainings held by local organizations providing valuable information in regards to plant health and treatment options. He also attends many of the trainings held by the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the ISA.

True Care, Inc. has assisted many home owners in the eight years of operation, but also has provided services for the cities of Canby, Woodburn, St. Paul, and Sherwood. The commitment of providing quality tree care is reflected in the staff and crew members that have been assembled to ensure that your tree care needs are met.

Patricia Nigh:

Plant Health Care Director
Patti has 20 years in the Plant Health Care field diagnosing insect, disease, nutrition, soil, and environmental problems that affect your trees and shrubs. She is a Certified Arborist, and has a certificate in plant health care from the University of Maryland.

Pruning Crew :

Thom Campbell (Also Plant Health Care Tech), John Bell (Foreman) Santos Sierra

Thom has 25 years experience in the arboricultural and pest management field. He enjoys doing fine pruning hand work, and educating customers on preventive maintenance for the health and protection of the landscape.

John Bell, our pruning foreman has been climbing, trimming, and removing trees in Oregon for 20 years. He enjoys specimen pruning and restoration techniques to improve the structure, form, and safety of trees.

Santos Sierra has been a tree climber in many areas of the United States for over 20 years. He enjoys the adventure of large, hazardous tree emergencies, as well as the art of fine pruning.
